The air-conditioned rooms and apartments feature a a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with luxury amenities. Some of the units have a balcony and views over the marina. The staff were very kind, helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious and I love the personalized service.

Decorated with iconic chandeliers, a statement wall of richly colored dunes in the lobby and textured accent nickel walls throughout, the hotel resembles an oasis in the desert with all luxurious accommodations adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies that offer views of the Gulf or palaces. The hotel's location, structure, cleanliness, food, staff - all was just magnificent 👍👍👍

Best decision I made was to stay here!

The breakfast was great. I really liked the sauna. We went to the Chinese restaurant several times, they cook wonderfully there. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good bed linen. The pool is heated, they bring water and sometimes light sweets.

Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri has luxurious rooms decorated in a modern Arabic style with warm, rich colours and chic, elegant furnishings. Each room has a balcony or terrace where a view of the garden or Arabian Gulf can be admired. Everything was perfect. Starting from the entrance welcoming, amazing energy, friendly and very helpful staff🙌 Breakfast buffet is something else! Different variety of food, freshly made juices made by your choice and more👍 Definitely will come again.

The rooms were larger than most hotel rooms I stayed at and the walk-in closets were fabulous! The BYREDO toiletries were an absolutely treat, a mark of a top class property.

I would like to compliment your staff, Jennifer, Ashish and Alex for helping me and my family during our stay on 13-14/2/2024. Them was so kind and patient in helping us to care for our belongings. Ashish went an extra mile to assist us to carry all our belongings to a little further area as our driver was unable to pick us up nearby. He was such a gentleman that he left us feeling satisfied with his good service. Truly a gem to be having him around. Thank you for the hospitality. My family and I truly appreciated it.
