The hotel itself is breathtaking – it looks like a real Italian palace, beautifully designed and elegant in every detail. The service was top-notch, with staff who were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. There are two pools, both of them wonderful. One is located within the main hotel area – it’s spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing in a quiet, serene atmosphere. The second pool is just across from the hotel, only about 10 meters away, and it’s even bigger. That pool was a highlight for us – not only because of its size, but also because of the fantastic restaurant right beside it. The food was delicious, especially the fresh fish, and there were great options for kids too. We barely left the hotel during our stay because it had everything we needed – comfort, beauty, relaxation, and great food. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at Adriatik Hotel, BW Premier Collection. I stayed in an executive room and loved the spotless cleanliness, excellent facilities, generous breakfast, and the balcony with a beautiful view. Every staff member was warm and attentive; special thanks to Ali and Erisa at reception, Lume and Xhane for keeping my room immaculate, and the pool team plus the gentleman managing the beach area and sunbeds: always friendly and professional. I also highly recommend the SPA: Anjeza is excellent at what she does. Traveling alone, I felt perfectly looked after while still having my privacy - a great balance. I even extended my stay because I loved the whole experience and I hope to return soon.

All the staff was extremely helpful and kind, very good customer service. The views are beautiful, and location is amazing. Recommend having a car a it's a bit remote. The room was comfortable and the pool was just wonderful to enjoy.

Some units offer a furnished balcony and sea views. Staff was great, location on the Promenade is excellent. Breakfast has something for everybody, beach itself is very average, but the pool makes up for it. Gym and spa area was very nice and had an upscale feel to it. Alphonse at the pool was excellent...good sense of humor. The young girls at Breakfast, were charming and front desk helped out with general area questions.
