From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with every detail carefully thought out—from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything immaculate during our stay. The hotel facilities exceeded expectations: the restaurant offered delicious, fresh meals with plenty of variety. What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The hotel had a warm, welcoming charm that made us feel right at home while still enjoying all the luxury of a high-end property. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I would recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

Nằm ở Sarandë, Qarku i Vlorës, The Hill Apartment tọa lạc cách Bãi biển chính ở Sarande chỉ vài bước chân. We were so lucky to have stayed at this apartment with the beautiful host! I was seriously ill with food poisoning and the wonderful host offered to arrange a trip to the hospital, and let us check out late. She gave me a huge hug on my way out too which was so kind. As for the apartment, this was the cleanest place we have stayed in throughout Europe! Spotless, had everything we needed & a great location.

We absolutely loved the infinity pool overlooking the sea near Dhermi—easily the star of the show. Poolside service? Spot on. Breakfast? Quite good. And the staff? Exceptionally helpful (the kind you secretly wish you could take home). The hotel itself sits high on a hill, and the views from up there are nothing short of stunning. Honestly, we were thrilled we didn’t stay down by the beach—too humid, too crowded, and way too many people competing for the same patch of sand.
