They went above and beyond on customer service. An example, they did a private “asado” for us on Friday, a day they usually don’t do it. Property is awesome. Breakfast is great.

Bright and spacious, rooms at Park Hyatt Mendoza have stylish contemporary décor. All of them feature cable TV, DVD players and work desks. Some also have seating areas. Staff were friendly, approachable and looked to help with every question we asked. If there wasn't an answer they knew, they'd go away and find out. Beautiful building, food is delicious and well priced. The location couldn't be anymore central. I'd recommend to anyone going to Mendoza and if I was travelling back, I'd stay here in a heart beat. The gym is large and had a strong array of equipment. The spa is lovely and they had spaces for services. Sometimes you stay at places and they're booked all week but they were able to accommodate and provide robes, slippers and a relaxation room whilst you waited. Luxury with the friendliest people.

The spacious rooms at Auberge Du Vin feature a balcony and a fireplace. They are also equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, kitchen facilities, a sofa and a complete bathroom, including a hairdryer and free toiletries. All of them have views of the mountains and vineyards. It was spacious and scenic among the vines. An extraordinary setting and the views around the property were spectacular. My son had his wedding at a nearby winery so it was very convenient. A calm and and lovely environment

There is an indoor swimming pool, and free WiFi access is provided. Best hotel stay ever. They were so nice to us and literally the best staff ever. I have no words other than WOW.
