Beautifully constructed with quality wood finishes and furniture. The view over the Beagle Channel was breathtaking. The staff were great. While the hotel is a little outside Ushuaia, perched on a hill, the hotel shuttle is very efficient and Uber service was excellent and fares were reasonable. A beautiful gym.

We stayed together with my 7y.o. son. Hotel exceeded our expectations despite we are used to good 5star hotels. Actually it was one of the best hotels during our 2.5 weeks trip in Patagonia. Room was very nice, well designed and clean, with all necessary things provided. Hotel has free parking in the territory. Personal spoke English, and was very friendly. Hotel also has a very good restaurant with a nice view on the lake, a bit expensive for Argentina, but it really worth. During the stay hotel paid a lot of attention to small things - they put a flag of your home country in front of the room.:) We were leaving early in the morning and hotel proactively prepared a lunch box with snacks for us. And by the way the breakfast we also tried and was also very good. We liked our stay so much that we decided to come back and to stay for one more night (luckily they had a room available). We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you!

Upon arriving in Ushuaia at 9 am, a short ride from the airport brought me to the hotel, where the staff warmly greeted me and assisted with my luggage. The welcoming touch of hot chocolate set the tone for a delightful stay. Check-in was seamless, and I was invited to enjoy a complimentary drink and breakfast since it was still early. Although I passed on the drink, the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the homemade lemonade. After breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised to find my room ready. Room was spacious and super clean! A quick shower later, I was prepared to explore the area. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful, securing a spot for a trip to a Martillo (Pinguin) island the next day and offering tips for my stay. My first adventure was a hike to lagoon Esmeralda. Despite warnings of muddy conditions, the experience was exceptional, with stunning scenery. The hotel staff had thoughtfully prepared me for this hike, ensuring I had all the necessary gear and sandwiches. Returning from the hike, I indulged in the hotel's spa facilities, enjoying the jacuzzi and infinity pool with views of the Beagle channel and mountains. Despite the hotel's distance from the city center, transport (shuttle bus and Uber) was convenient and affordable. Hotel's spa facilities provided much-needed relaxation after my daily long hikes. On my final day, following a recommendation, I hiked to a glacier, enjoying spectacular views and concluding the trip with a delightful meal of local cuisine. Leaving was difficult, but the memories of this incredible journey will stay with me forever. Río Hermoso is a luxurious hotel in the Patagonian woods of Lanin National Park. The living room boasts a fireplace. Massage sessions, water sports, golf and free Wi-Fi are available. Wonderful setting on a lovely river, great breakfast and dinner. Very comfortable, with nice staff.

One of the best stays of our trip. Excellent staff service, good food options in the restaurant and a fantastic room with wonderful views, comfortable sleep and a great bathroom. Pool and specifically the sauna were excellent along with a good gym for travelling. A little out of the way but with a car and some careful navigation along the track all was well. Very peaceful and quiet.
