Situated in Hof bei Salzburg, 19 km from Salzburg Central Station, Rosewood Schloss Fuschl features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Public spaces were so inviting. Service at the restaurant was friendly and impeccable. Schloss Fuschl is designed to pamper guests. Views of the lake through dining room windows were amazing. Lounging in the sunshine down by the lake transported us to a peaceful Eden that we didn’t want to leave. And our bountiful and delicious meals were of the highest quality. All six of us felt very blessed to stay at Schloss Fuschl!

The hotel offers a high-quality, welcoming atmosphere, characterised by warm wood tones and muted colours, which create a cosy and homely ambiance. My room was spaciously designed and provided a breathtaking view of the mountains from the bed, as well as a picturesque view of greenery directly from the bathtub, allowing for moments of pure relaxation. The minibar was generously stocked and offered a delicious selection of snacks and drinks, with complimentary coffee, tea, and water provided by the hotel—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa area was equally tasteful in design, offering water, tea, and a small selection of nuts to encourage relaxation and unwinding. A perfect retreat for both body and mind! I opted for the half-board package and was thoroughly delighted. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, offering a wide variety that catered to every taste. The dinner was outstanding – beautifully presented and a true delight for the palate!

The staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming. Every single person deserves a compliment – from the doorman to the housekeeping team, from the restaurant staff to the kitchen brigade, and from the reception to the management. Their friendliness and eye for detail make the stay truly special. The cuisine is a culinary highlight. Every meal was a feast, both in taste and presentation. The cooking here is of an outstanding standard and adds greatly to the experience. It’s not a budget hotel, but you absolutely get value for your money. Relax in the extensive wellness area or treat yourself to breakfast in the room. The hotel is great, perfect for kids, not too crowded. Plenty of activities, all clean and good quality. The food service is very fast and efficient.

The exclusive rooms and suites are all individually and luxuriously furnished. They feature priceless antiques and marble bathrooms, as well as modern amenities such as air conditioning. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome drink, a complementary fruit basket and a home made Guglhupf cake.
