Staff are exceptional friendly, helpful, charming room was excellent - I love the cruelty free toiletries. you get wine on arrival and water! Hotel is clean and linen is great. I cannot say enough great things about it. We had some drinks on the day we left and it was also good. our only regret is not having a meal there as I think it would have been excellent
