Staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. We ordered room service a number of times and it was all delicious and delivered in a timely manner. The club sandwich was phenomenal! We also loved the shower, it was a good size and the rainfall feature was great.

It was my birthday so was a very special stay. I used the spa, had a treatment, ate and drank on the wet deck. I fully appreciated the 12pm check out. I ordered room service and really made the most of the room.

Great stay at the apartment and Simon is a great host. Perfect place in airlie beach. Close to the city but there it is nice and quiet. You can walk easy to all restaurants, or start to explore the great barrier reef, or whitsunday. The apartment was perfect, very clean. When I am coming back to airlie, I would definitetly stay there. Highly recommended!

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.
