It quite rare nowadays to meet kind, nice and friendly people and all the staff members ticked all boxes. We checked in earlier that we were supposed to and they were more than helpful to arrange that for us. Also since it was a shoot we asked if there was a possibility to get a room with a bathtub and it was also done no problem. All our needs were met! Thank you very much for such staff members who made our stay wonderful ! <3

Breakfast included was fine, although it is a set menu, so there is waste. Staff was friendly enough.

They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were super welcoming, nice and helpful. I couldn’t enjoy my stay more than I did. And the location is excellent, it’s near most of the landmarks.
