It is spacious, comfortable and so clean! Everything is perfect, every detail considered for ease and comfort. The view of the shore and Caspian Sea is beautiful. The breakfast is amazing—huge with enormous choice.

The hotel is truly unique and has an outstanding and well-thought-out design. It's a 2-minute walk from the promenade. There are great restaurants nearby—MariVanna, Anadolu, Vivo Baklava, and more. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, no matter where—at the bar, during breakfast, at the spa, and just in general. They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

Hotel itself has a lot to offer, half Olympic pool spa gym and more, rooms are comfy and spacious they gave me highest floor very nice view. Although out of everything staff amazed me the most. İncredibly polite and helpfull at reception Nezrin and Siraj. Also visited the bar of the hotel, Muraz made a special cocktail for me and I guessed what he put in it. That was a lot of fun. They also sent me complimentary fruits and wine to the room. Called taxi for me even in early morning to catch my flight they gave me a wake up call. İ stayed at a hotel that was double the price of this one and I can confidently say this hotel was much better. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit of Baku.

Overlooking the Caspian Sea and Baku Old Town district with the Shirvanshahs’ Palace, this 5-star hotel features a restaurant and lounge, a bar and an indoor swimming pool. We booked the hotel for 4 nights and were planning to move to another hotel in Baku, a direct competitor. But after just 1 night we abandoned the plan and decided to stay 6 more days at Four Seasons Baku. It’s that good. The hotel is excellent. The service is obsessively personalized. You don’t even have to ask — sometimes you don’t even think or know what you need — but they do, and they deliver. Breakfasts are not just good, they are amazing. Almost too good. We tried many local foods and combinations. When I needed a professional medical massage for pain relief, they found a specialist with the right experience. Whatever we needed or wanted, it seemed like the words “no” and “sorry” simply weren’t in the FS Baku team’s vocabulary. The Zafferano restaurant is quite pricey, but that’s more of a feature than a problem: a single dish costs more than a full dinner in the city, but you get calm, privacy, and a personal approach. You understand exactly what you’re paying for. A lot can be said, but in the end the only real way to understand it is to experience it yourself: Four Seasons is the place to stay in Baku if you want a smooth, seamless, extra-comfortable trip. He seemed to know everything and managed to surprise us even in the final days of our stay. Depending on our mood, he always delivered. - Nijat — we rarely saw him, but he was clearly aware of everything going on, keeping his finger on the pulse. - Ali, Orhan, Vusal, and many others always delivered top-notch service with great attention to detail. We’re definitely coming back.

It is a lovely hotel..the best part is a very good restaurant in the second floor. Great breakfast. Good bar. Great dinner. I have added some 20$ a night to upgrade to a balcony room and it was well worth it.
