We particularly liked the location being close to the park and historic areas, especially the proximity to Vrelo Bosne. So we booked it! But how wonderful it was to stay here, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, spacious rooms, the spa facilities and the food was great too. As for the staff, everyone was so lovely and professional. A particular mention to the spa staff who were exceptional. A quick shoutout to Almedina who was one of the wonderful chefs - made our stay that much more pleasant with her warm smile, friendly conversation and keenness to entertain our 1 year old baby.

Rooms are huge with nice balconies with a Mountain View, the spa. Indoor pools n sauna rooms had made my stay even greater Staff was very nice and professional

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very professional. Restaurant food was excellent and the suggestions from the server was very good.

Offering meeting and business facilities, Hotel Austria & Bosna is set in Sarajevo. Surrounded by greenery, the hotel dates back to 1892 and was completely renovated in 2018. Beautiful hotel with phenomenal service, everyone made an effort to enhance our stay. We highly recommend the hotel also because of the peaceful surroundings it's located in.
