Located in a beautiful green park, La Butte aux Bois a Small Luxury Hotel of the World is a stylish hotel from 1924 with luxurious rooms and an elegant restaurant at the entrance of National Park Hoge Kempen. It's, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been at. The decoration is super rich with details, but surprisingly well balanced, creating an almost magical atmosphere. Huge congratulations to the design/decoration team. The breakfast was magnificent, we've dinned twice at the Bistro and were very pleased with both the food and the service (and the quite interesting wine list). The room was quite big, with a very confortable bed. We are doomed to return to your company soon :)

We ate in the restaurant twice and the food and service was superb. It was close to all shops, restaurants and places of interest.

    Superb hosts, a real family business in a quiet little village! Great food in the restaurant (choose the chef's menu, no doubt), good breakfast buffet. Lovely garden with an in ground heated swimming pool (perfect for relaxing after a hot day). In the room beds with really good pillows/mattress, smart tv and a more than welcome A/C unit. Wish I stayed longer instead of moving on!
