Beautiful building by the canal in historic Center of the city. It attracts attention immediately with it elegance and sophisticated style. We later knew that the city guides bring tourists to show them the hotel building. It was built in 15-th century, renovated in 1780 and now became stylish , elegant, modern hotel , delicately and prudently renovated. Interior of the hotel matches its outside elegance: beautiful lobby, historic bar with the fireplace and antique fourniture. Style is in everything, yet it feels like home from the moment you enter.Friendly , polite and helpful stuff. Amazing, spacious, light, stylish room with breathtaking view at the canal. Large bathroom in white-gray marble. Wooden floor, big windows, high ceiling, great bed and fourniture and bed. Everything is spotless-clean.Great smell all over hotel. Building is amazing. Breakfasts are so nice: atmosphere, food, location, terrace , fantastic service ! We truly loved the hotel, the Team! Thank you!

The interior design detail of every corner was sublime. Each room exquisitely decorated. No charge for anything in the mini bar and snacks provided in the room. The staff were so happy and proud to work there and it showed with how they were with us as guests. Just the right amount not too much not too little. I can not recommend this hotel enough it’s an absolute jewel
