Everything - we rarely see a place so clean and a spa center so well maintained. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean as well. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Katarino SPA Hotel ligger ved foden af Rila-bjerget, 8 km fra skisportsstedet Bansko og 2 km fra Razlog. The hotel was amazing they let us have breakfast even when we were earlier from our check in and they found us room so we didn’t have to wait till noon. The spa was very clean also. The hotel provides bus transfer to the ski area which was so convenient for us not to take the car.

The room is spacious and the shuttle service makes the location convenient. We also enjoyed the Banya Thermal. Special shoutout to Melike who guided us throughout our stay. The staff Salihe, Ibrahim and shuttle drivers were very friendly too.
