The hotel overall looks good and clean. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the beds were comfy, the only downfall was that the cleaning ladies did not come every day. The restaurant was amazing, with different options every day and all the time served fresh 🙌 The swimming pools were really nice as well, maybe the water needed a bit more heating up. The staff were really friendly and we are overall very satisfied with our stay 😊

Hotel Residence Promenade 5* is an elegant and charming hotel located in the center of Burgas, right next to the central beach in the Sea Garden, 50 meters from the sea. We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were wonderful, the bed amazing, the location is perfect, the food and service at the restaurant were excellent, they were so accommodating, even though we arrived at 10 pm. The beach is right in front of the hotel and is probably amazing in summer. We will be back for sure!
