A truly luxurious experience. Had the two bedroom apartment for our family of four and it was absolutely huge and perfect, extra clean, quiet. Received a few complimentary services which made the experience even nicer. The hotel is new and everything is designed for comfort. We were on a bank holiday and it did not feel too crowded, always free pool chairs to be foud. The thermal pools are amazing. The thermal area (16+) is very stylish, although the saunas are rather small, but we always found a spot. It is full of families with babies and small kids, but I thought couples could easily find spaces to relax without being bothered. Pool area os well compartimeted. Food was wonderful, especially dinner. Half board definitely worth it. Drinks at the pool bar also great, especially the flavored lemonades. Our whole stay was just comfortable, relaxing and with everything we needed found on site (drinks, snaks, food, pools). Especially for a family with a small kid this is a great place to spend 2-4 nights without leving the hotel. Probably even better in summer when the outdoor area is open.

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far in Bulgaria. The staff was helpful, attentive, and spoke English. The food was excellent, many options and delicious. Our room was clean with a nice view. We mainly spent our time around the pool outside, it was nice and clean. The pool was quite big and not crowded.

It is a surprisingly good old-school style hotel - great value for money, clean, quiet, convenient, very comfortable single queen-size beds, spacious room and bathroom, pad coffee maker in the room. The staff was nice and helpful.

This luxurious 5-star hotel offers a peaceful location 1.5 km from the centre of Stara Zagora and next to the picturesque Zagorka Lake. I liked the location, the view from our room (full view of the park), the overall elegance of the place, the facilities - for example having both shower and bathtub in the bathroom, being very close to the park, finding everything you need even for a short stay or if you're less prepared, the excelent breakfast with so many options.
