Built out of salt bricks and also featuring salt furniture, Palacio de Sal offers guests accommodation with free WiFi and a complimentary buffet breakfast in Potosí. What a place! If you want to wake up after sleeping in a salt-domed bedroom in a super comfy bed to a stunning sunrise, and then go and have a delicious breakfast, this is the place to stay! I was short on time and could only do a one day tour of the Salar, and this was such a great way to extend the experience to include night time views and enjoy the sunrise. The spa is open to 11pm which was so nice after a long day and a chilly sunset over the Salar. There’s a really toasty heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
