The 5-star Grand Hyatt is just 10 minutes from Itaim Bibi's neighborhood. Staff amazing. I got sick and went beyond and above to help out. They sent the paramedic to my room and concierge sent someone to get me food. Checking up with me constantly. Felt very safe. Food was amazing. All amazing experience
