Search five-star hotels in Banff National Park

The whole experience was great! Staying in Banff several times, I was so excited to try this place out for the brilliant price whilst staying in town! When we arrived, it was the cleanest and cutest interior. The flooring is brilliant and the fact that they set out a whole set up for my dog to feel welcome was extremely a 5 star topper to the stay.

This place is a gem. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is because the Spa is currently under construction, however when complete it’s 5 stars all the way. A special mention must go to all the staff they were excellent and made it so special, I particularly liked how they remembered you name.

We had a 5 star stay! Everything written on the website was there and a lot more to make anyone's stay worth a 5 star review. Contact with the owners was always kind and quick.

Paradise Lodge is simply superb! It is so rustic and blends in beautifully with the surroundings. Our room was just amazing-big with a kitchen and lounge. Anya greeted us at reception and we saw her a few times with questions of tours etc and she gave outstanding customer service. Paradise Lodge is immaculate. the grounds are superb-mowed lawns -the gardener must take great pride as he does an excellent job. Every aspect of the hotel is clean and looked like it was really cared for. A brilliant experience! Many thanks to all the team.

The staff was very nice and professional. Amiee the manager was very resourceful in resolving guess issues. Best costomer service by Amiee and the front staff that morning. I enjoyed my stay because of her. 5 stars!!!!

Absolutely superb - this place is a real gem. The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. The common areas were equally chic. The breakfast was the best I have seen in an hotel for a long time with an excellent selection of hot and cold foods. The location is good with the hotel being on the main street of Banff. The staff were friendly and helpful. All round, it was just excellent.

The renovations of this historic site were quite impressive. All the appliances are new. The king room was very comfortable and the Smart tv was an unexpected bonus. Trevor and Judy keep the entire location impeccably clean. 5 stars from this guest!
