Select rooms offer a spa bath. Rooms can only be accessed via stairs. Clean and comfortable, delicious complimentary breakfast and evening soups. The staff were lovely. The Christmas decor felt very festive!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 400 metres from Vancouver Lookout at Harbour Centre. The welcome and service was great, the staff was always happy and smiling and ready to help and tell us a little more about the area. The bar and restaurant area was great for a night bite and drink. We loved the rooms and spaciousness.

The gym exceeded my expectations, both in terms of size and the quality of the equipment. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Tableau, was another highlight. This French restaurant offers food of truly excellent quality, making it a pleasure to start the day there. The location is superb — within walking distance of many tourist attractions and downtown, where numerous shuttle buses depart for other key sights. Overall, this hotel delivers a high-quality, personal experience in a prime location. Highly recommended.
