The service was amazing! The location was perfect after a very long flight . The hotel has beautiful interior design, the beds are comfortable, everything is extremely clean and spacious. The restaurant serves delicious food. An exceptional airport hotel!

Clean and comfortable, delicious complimentary breakfast and evening soups. The staff were lovely. The Christmas decor felt very festive!

It was clean trendy & details were thought of, like positioning of lights, things that a traveller would require on a trip from soaps to sewing kits to the valet system of having our car ready for us with ten minute notice to parking it when we returned Valet was expensive per day but worth it. Saurav was a great help throughout. Oh, gym was fantastic too very well equipped.

It offers an indoor saltwater lap pool, a spa and 24-hour room service. the staff were amazing, everything was catered for and anticipated before you had to ask. beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, would come back again and again

An on-site lounge is provided. we were in a Corner suite Fairmont gold, absolutely gorgeous room, dramatic views of the bay, downtown and the pool , a lot of room in this luxury suite for a family of 4. the complementary breakfast at the 20th floor + all day food and drinks icluded in the rate is really worth it ! we’ll be back for sure if we would have to heads again in Vancouver !!

I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of always having water with citrus delivered — a small detail that made a big difference. The gym exceeded my expectations, both in terms of size and the quality of the equipment. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Tableau, was another highlight. This French restaurant offers food of truly excellent quality, making it a pleasure to start the day there. The location is superb — within walking distance of many tourist attractions and downtown, where numerous shuttle buses depart for other key sights. Overall, this hotel delivers a high-quality, personal experience in a prime location. Highly recommended.
