Excellent staff, very friendly receptionists, fast check in and out. Concierge and valet man - the same, only superlatives. Nice clean room, big enough for four adults (family), comfortable beds. A good benefit was the filtered water well on every level. And probably the best shower, that I ever had in hotels worldwide!!! Around plenty restaurants. We can only recommend!!!

Free WiFi is provided. Loved everything about our stay. Location is incredible - 1 block from great shops and restaurants. A short walk from downtown. The staff was great! The rooms were large and the tub was HUGE!!

It was short 2 days trip, renting car and hotel to visit Banff and DT in Calgary. The hotel is very nice, the most we liked - staff, location and breakfast. The lady at the desk - Marina was outstanding and provided us exceptional service! Thanks a lot for a nice trip and memory.

All I can say about this place is WOW!! The location is beautiful and the interiors are exceptional with superb facilities. Everything is spotlessly clean. It is really a 5 star place to stay. I only wished we could have stayed longer.

Love the breakfast - variety of options. Your receptionists were 5-star! Though I forgot their names :( The gentleman manning the reception on 9 July (we checked in around 3PM), and the lady (Filipina, I guess) on duty on the morning of 10 July (we checked out around 10AM) - they were both very helpful and friendly!

The apartment was very clean and neat. I had just left a five star hotel that fell below expectations, so I was really impressed when I checked into this apartment. Also the host was easy to reach and communicate with. I really did enjoy my stay here and I'm hoping for an extension as well.

One of my favourite hotels. Beautiful and modern with lovely spacious, well appointed rooms. Large modern bathrooms with amazing showers. Large extra comfortable bed. Nice restaurant on site. Very convenient for city centre, shopping and nightlife. Great value for money considering it is five star and has a city centre location
