In the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district and steps away from the best shopping and dining, BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto provides guests with unrivaled access to local experiences,... We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, overlooking Lake Ontario and the stunning city skyline. The price was really good for the quality of the rooms and the helpful staff. The brunch was also very nice. SPA is good also.

This hotel is located in the upscale district of Yorkville and is near a number of Toronto's finest restaurants. A full service spa, boasting world class spa treatments is available. Hotel is simply incredible. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Location was also perfect.Service by all the staff was incredible special mention to the concierge Robert who went above and beyond in assisting with all our queries. Other notable mentions were the reception/front desk staff member think that her name was Faminah ( cannot remember her exact name) she was extremely kind and helpful and was an excellent face of the hotel. From entering the beautiful door, the service was excellent. Reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We were personally shown to our room. The room was lovely! The welcome treats were enjoyed. Breakfast was delightful. Wide menu choices, and gluten free was not a problem. The presentation was excellent, and the breakfast room ambience was a very pleasant start to the day. Would definitely return to Nobu Toronto. It was a definite highlight to our Canadian holiday!
