This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Great location, close to everything we needed.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. The service, food, atmosphere, room, views, and location just doesn’t get any better. The spa treatments were Devine.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. the hotel is located in a beautiful area with amazing views all around not bad the room was comfortable and wonderful and beautifully designed

The Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel in Schönried - Gstaad is located on a sunny terrace above Gstaad in the middle of a park. It offers panoramic views of the Saanenland and the surrounding mountains. All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

The Art Nouveau-style Belvédère hotel in the car-free village Wengen enjoys an elevated position, a 5-minute walk from the centre, and offers magnificent views of the Jungfrau mountain and the... Where do I even start, everything about the Grand Hotel Belvedere was perfection!! From the minute we arrived, we felt instantly welcome. We were greeted by very friendly staff and treated to a delicious welcome drink in the lounge. We then realised my husband had left his backpack on the train which had lots of valuables in it. The staff immediately contacted the train station and located the backpack and arranged for a staff member to collect it for us (thank goodness for the honest Swiss person who handed it in). With the crisis averted we settled into our beautiful hotel room and headed out to explore Wengen, but not before taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view from our balcony! We have travelled a lot and I don’t think I have ever experienced a hotel with staff like this. They made us feel like they were genuinely excited for us to be there and every encounter with every single staff member was a delight. They were helpful, happy, enthusiastic and so friendly. They also made our children feel very welcome and made an effort to engage with them. The rooms and bathrooms are absolutely divine. As an interior designer myself I was in awe of the design of the rooms and common spaces, the bar, restaurant and lounge were as beautiful as the rooms. The buffet breakfast was delicious and our dinner in the restaurant was also incredible. We absolutely loved Wengen and our experience at the Belvedere made our stay all the more enjoyable. This hotel and the staff are very special, thank you for going out of your way to make our stay so memorable, we will be back for sure.

Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort - Relais & Châteaux in Lenk close to Gstaad features a wide range of up-to-date wellness facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths and hot tubs. It’s a beautiful property and very comfortable overall. The ski slopes are walking distance which was a big plus for us coming from Asia.

Gstaad is a pristine Alpine village that’s somehow equally out-of- this-world as it is down-to-earth. To experience all its wonders, escape to undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Switzerland. Home vibes executed in such a chic manner. From my check-in to my check-out everything is thought of. Will comeback

Opened in December 2012, this luxurious 5-star hotel in Gstaad was built in elegant Swiss Alpine style, featuring natural materials like marble, sandstone and aged wood. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at; gorgeous location , facilities and the staff were amazing !
