This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Luxurious hotel with exceptional service that you won’t find elsewhere. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the checkout time, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very classic, beautiful lobby, it is the best in Bern. We had a personal incident and we received a great support from the staff and the management. I am really speechless. Thank you for everything!!

The Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel in Schönried - Gstaad is located on a sunny terrace above Gstaad in the middle of a park. It offers panoramic views of the Saanenland and the surrounding mountains. All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

My recent stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with genuine warmth. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (like high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern bathroom, and a well-stocked minibar) made my stay even more enjoyable. The view from my window was stunning! I also loved the hotel’s facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit！

Amazing staff, they really went beyond and above. Great quality breakfast. Outstanding room (Junior Suite) with breathtaking views and spotless clean. Excellent SPA area.

Gstaad is a pristine Alpine village that’s somehow equally out-of- this-world as it is down-to-earth. To experience all its wonders, escape to undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Switzerland. Staff is so courteous and friendly, picked us up from the train station and were excellent our entire stay. The spa was also beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious too’
