I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

The hotel offers an indoor pool, a tennis court, 3 restaurants, and free WiFi. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: the staff were so friendly and attentive, the views were gorgeous, the room was magnificent, the beds comfortable, and the spa was clean and quiet, with the massages so great and relaxing. We also loved the breakfast spread. It’s a nice stroll into town and the hotel is in a quiet area. Perfect for a getaway and melt away the stress! I definitely want to return and if you have any second thoughts about booking, just do it 😊

The spacious and stylishly decorated guest rooms are all air-conditioned. Bathrobes and slippers can be found in the luxurious bathrooms. Location is absolutely beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with a lot of good food and drinks. Christmas decorations are amazing. Bar is great with live music.

We enjoyed the palatable Mediterranean and Swiss food, and the special intercontinental breakfast with nature view. Warm swimming pool with sparkling shiny waters nested in the heart of the surrounding mountains and hills. This is not poetry , it is the actual charm and spirit of the resort. It is recommended for families, and nature lovers! It is to 8 mn away from Tasis the American Summer school by car, and there is a bus transporting yo the Lugano center every 1 hour. A small library in the hotel lobby for readers! I personally highly recommend this place, to spend a healthy and mind restoring vacation👍
