The view was breathtaking, the penthouse that we stayed in was enormous, it had a big terrace with front lake view , we had breakfast in our apartment, that had a dining room, every morning someone brought and arranged everything in the room. It exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 10/10!

They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. Located on the shores of Lake Ceresio and a 15-minute drive from Mendrisio Casino, Grand Hotel Campione features a spa and restaurant. Very good and friendly service from check-in to check-out. All staff (especially Manuel) where so kind and friendly and offered immaculate service. Restaurant was small and cosy with the choice of outdoor and indoor seating and again - fantastic service with foc snacks accompanying your drinks ... Great food as well - can recommend the wagyu steak - delicious. We will for sure be back to visit and look forward to this...

In a scenic location in the Ticino countryside, a 15-minute drive from Lugano’s centre, this exclusive 5-star resort on 25 hectares of grounds offers panoramic views. Everything was great apart from outdoor pool which was closed.
