The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake and mountain views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Margherita, who was exceptional and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

I was initially drawn to your hotel because of its impressive location and breathtaking room views. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was your exceptional staff. They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the management for having such an exceptional team. We loved the location, interior, wellness - simply everything! We got our room upgraded for free which was amazing. The location is excellent for a gateway weekend, also for families with children.

The hotel was lovely. Small enough to make the stay very personal and the staff were lovely. But with an array of service and facilities you’d expect only from a larger hotel. The restaurant was great and the staff were exceptional.
