Offering ski-to-door access and a spa centre with an outdoor pool, Riffelalp Resort 2222m Ski-in & Ski-out 2222m is located right within the ski, hiking and biking region above Zermatt. Everything was brilliant, the property is located in a very pristine location up top, the porter service was excellent once your arrive at the zermatt train station, everything is taken care off. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the check in process, the rooms with the balcony had an amazing Matterhorn view, even the outdoor heated pool is magical & a must try during your stay. The hotel staff were polite and kind.

The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive
