This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. The Bellevue Palace with is amazing views to the Bernese Alps and the river Aare includes 2 bars, 2 restaurants, a sauna and fitness centre.Free WiFi is available. The Bellevue is a 5 star hotel and it shows! Beautiful, historical, lovely, lush. Staying at the Bellevue was a big treat for us. We enjoyed it very much! Big thank you to Tamara at the front desk for being so friendly and lovely, and to the bellhops who opened the doors and gave us a warm greeting every day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good beer at the restaurant from their own micro brewery. Very good breakfast starting at 7 am with excellent Swiss cheese and good bread. This is a hostel und thus you have to be prepared this is not a five star hotel. However, it is a very good place for staying one night. Quiet room with sufficient heating.

Hotel with a soul, service at 5, room very nicely cleaned, despite the fact that the age of the hotel is visible, the cleanliness exceeds the standard of 4-5 star hotels (I'm not exaggerating).
