I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. The location was perfect right on the waters edge. The room was huge and had a small balcony which was very nice to sit out on.

The setting of this hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved our breakfast here every morning and the dinner was fantastic as well especially with singer and guitarist and view of the mountains all around. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station.

It’s incredible classic hotel with stunning view. All the staff are very nice and welcoming. Amazing pool and comfortable sun beds. Live music and very romantic dinner area. Perfect location, it’s very close to Lugano and in the same time is very calm and relaxing. Thanks to Jasmin that grows near the pool, the smell was so good! Perfect place to relax in summer and winter!
