Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. From the first minute of arriving to the hotel you feel that you are important guest. The staff is friendly and very careful. There is s valet parking. You are here only for relax! We tried some restaurants of the hotel (Marina and Eden Rock): compliments and thanks to the chef’s and staff, they are professional. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. Cleaning service received from me high rating too. The room with fantastic view on the lake, with terrace where you can spend romantic evenings with s glass of champagne.

We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

The setting of this hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved our breakfast here every morning and the dinner was fantastic as well especially with singer and guitarist and view of the mountains all around. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station.

Amazing Hotel, with very Good Staff ! Everybody, starting from the Entrance, the Reception, Cleaning, Breakfast, every body had an excellent performance. Kind and unique all staff. Rooms very nice, breakfast excellent !, location amazing, it is probably just the best hospitality structure in Ticino.

Inaugurat în anul 1887, hotelul de 5 stele Splendide Royal, cu designul său specific sfârșitului de secol XIX, este cel mai elegant hotel din Lugano, situat pe strada principală de pe malul lacului... What impressed me the most was the eye for detail. For example: a nice case for the tv remote, a leather stool for your purse at dinner, giant curtains that open and close air tight with adjustable ropes that are super easy to manage… we got upgraded to one of the big rooms with a balcony right on the lake. The staff are beyond friendly and I love the old fashioned, palace-style decor.
