Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Everything about the Rifflealp was over the top. This resort exceeded all our expectations. The staff was over the top accomodating.

The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

Amazing hotel: rooms, brasserie, spa - all beats expectations. Staff is amazing and the hospitality they give is memorable.

The hotel is located directly next to the Verbier Cable Car and offers ski-to-door access. - incredible location - top service - staff are attentive - breakfast buffet was grand - our room had unique style - the view from the balcony of the room was tremendous - had an issue with another guest and it was solved immediately - overall the best choice in verbier

Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Fantastic ambience, obsession for detail, surprising interior design. The hotel is an experience itself. Outstanding staff, very professional and with a peculiar positive mood. Very good breakfast. Certainly a hotel with a visionary leadership. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The staff is very kind, polite, patient. They are very attentive, always ask how are you, if everything is okay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Cleaning twice a day, in the evening they even make the bed for sleeping. The food is very tasty. Compliment to the kitchen. The spa is clean and cozy, the pool is also good
