Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. nice view! Services are all good. We don’t need to worry about anything. The whole journey from Täsch parking space to the lobby is very smooth and very planned. restaurant Alexandra tastes good too. The room has a large shared balcony where I can directly photo a starry night.

The hotel has a ski-to-door access, views of the Matterhorn and Weisshorn mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, with 14 Gault Millau rating or a drink at the bar. Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

Exceptional in every way. The staff goes above and beyond, from the minute you book the place. The food at the restaurant was great especially for breakfast.

Staff where amazing and really made sure you where comfortable and if you count the free spa access and breakfast it’s really reasonably priced

We loved every detail of Cervo, from the room with the stunning Matterhorn view to the amazing spa, hot pool, yoga classes, delicious breakfast and others. Every small detail, from arrival to departure, was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly helpful and truly outstanding!

All units vary in layout and size and feature elegant modern design and private balconies. The location was amazing as were the facilities. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! The food was amazing!

Loved the fact that there was a balcony (ideal if you want to relax and chill) but we couldn't get a view of the Matterhorn from there. The breakfast was good as well, but thee need to be more people there for service. e.g. we had dinner the same night we checked in and it took us a while to catch someone's eye - since there were literally 2 people there! Location wise, it is fine, cause we chose the hotel because it wasn't a long walk from the station.
