Outstanding staff, very professional and with a peculiar positive mood. Very good breakfast. Certainly a hotel with a visionary leadership. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, fitness centre, and sauna, as well as a garden. the location is central and convenient. this is an historic hotel but looks good and very nice - outside and inside. we have been in various luxury hotels and here you get the grand hotel experience. excellent staff. excellent pianist in the lobby. big nice spa. the breakfast hall is a masterpiece. we enjoyed both their restaurants, especially the fondue. they have an horse and carriage. from our room we saw the matterhorn. extremely recommended.
