The view from the hotel is something outstanding and the fact that you can take hikes just from the hotel was incredible. The view of the Matterhorn is amazing.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Location was perfect. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Food was amazing, shout-out to The Bazaar restaurant for an excellent vegetarian experience 🤍

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. Great Hotel in Zermatt. It is central located. The staff is great. (friendly, goes the extra mile, ....). The breakfeast was great. (fresh juices, pancake, omelette, ...). We has a small room, but for us it was perfect. (very clean, good bed, ....)
