This hotel has a wonderful spa where you can find everything you need or you want even a solarium. Hot pool outside, everything you like. Service cleaning two times a day. İn the evening cleaning they left you some chocolate. İt so sweet. Location is perfect.. The Bahnhofstrasse and the center is about 3km. The hotel has His own Station is Dolder Station. So you can go to the city by train or shuttle. The meal is so gurme and tasty. Thank you for everything 🌸.

Situated in Zürich, 300 metres from Zurich Opera House, La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Featuring free bikes, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation provides room service, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

Exceptional service , not the first time I’m staying at this hotel. Very convenient for the airport and shopping. Very nice Cafe /restaurant. Breakfast setting and service very elegant. The staff was also extremely nice (I celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel and they were so kind as to send to my room a very nice sweet desert with a celebratory message), all vey thoughtful !
