FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. I recentlystayed at FIVE Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is located about 3–4 kilometers from the city center, but getting there is easy due to good train connections. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.

Beautiful place in a historic building. The facilities are royal yet modern. I felt like a queen staying here. The turn down service was so cute as they offered chocolates as well. The drinks at the bar were the best drinks I had in Europe. Special shout out to the lady bartender!
