This has probably been the best hotel boutique I have stayed in. La House and decor are magnificent, the homemade food delicious, the servicie outstanding and such a pleasant atmosphere! Congrats! Wouldn't doubt in recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi. Clean and very spacious room (we had a king room with a lake view), nice desk for working in the room, welcome drink in the lounge, secure underground parking. Great stay!

The Alma Del Lago Suite offers modern accommodation with panoramic views of Nahuel Huapi Lake and extensive spa facilities. It features a fine dining restaurant and wine bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My room had beautiful mountain, water and garden views. Breakfast was great and room service was excellent. 10 mins walk and you were in the main town where there were many different restaurants and live entertainment. The mountains of Patagonia were magical, it really is a special place.

From the first interaction with staff to the very last moment, everyone was very nice and accommodating! The hotel was beautiful, location was prime, and rooms were comfortable!
