A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Argentina. Everything was on the highest level — from the comfort of the rooms to the professionalism and warmth of the team. From now on, we won’t be staying anywhere else. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. The location was exceptional. We will definitely stay again when we visit Puerto Varas.
