Courteous staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The Pullman was far better than any of the hotels where I stayed this year in Europe or North America.

Situated 1.7 km from Manquehue Metro Station and within 500 metres from Parque Arauco Shopping Mall and Luxury District. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

The Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago is located on Apoquindo Avenue, near many corporate offices and a few blocks from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping malls. This is a safe location. I stay at Hiltons but a visitor was murdered when refusing to give his cell phone on a walk near the Hilton. Left government is allowing gangs to come in from ven and other places. Keep your head up.

Located just outside of Santiago and inside of Santa Rita vineyard, one of the oldest wine cellars of Chile, this historical monument was fully renovated in 2017 becoming Hotel Casa Real, a luxury boutique hotel. The hotel has to be the best gem of Chili. The historic building and the parc are fantastic. The room is very confortable and big. The service is outstanding, The diner with paired wines is absolutely delicious and fined. The tranquillity, the space, the pool is a perfect luxury gateaway.

Hotel Magnolia Santiago is a design hotel and offers elegantly decorated accommodations, combined with the highest comfort, in a heritage preserved mansion. The establishment offers free WiFi and a free breakfast. We loved this modern, stylish hotel and really happy we chose to stay here. Our room was spacious and was far better than the pictures of it. The bathroom was also big and modern and clean. Really good breakfast and very attentive staff in the hotel. Great location too.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

Breakfast was amazing, but the waiter, Daniel made it exceptional with his friendliness and the fact that he greeted us all by name! The front door staff were also very helpful and friendly. I also was surprised by my gift of wine in my room received from our housekeeping staff, that made it extra special! Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

In a prime location in the Pudahuel district of Santiago, Wyndham Santiago Aeropuerto is 5-star hotel situated just a 5-minute drive from the airport. The hotel provides an indoor swimming pool, and free WiFi throughout the property. Room comfortable and clean. Good size. Shuttle perfect. Early checking was much appreciated. Staff very accommodating.
