This is a safe location. I stay at Hiltons but a visitor was murdered when refusing to give his cell phone on a walk near the Hilton. Left government is allowing gangs to come in from ven and other places. Keep your head up.

Located just outside of Santiago and inside of Santa Rita vineyard, one of the oldest wine cellars of Chile, this historical monument was fully renovated in 2017 becoming Hotel Casa Real, a luxury... The hotel has to be the best gem of Chili. The historic building and the parc are fantastic. The room is very confortable and big. The service is outstanding, The diner with paired wines is absolutely delicious and fined. The tranquillity, the space, the pool is a perfect luxury gateaway.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the level of service, elegance, and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of at every moment. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable!! The location is perfect: safe, central, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. But honestly, I barely wanted to leave the hotel! The rooftop pool and spa area were absolute highlights, a peaceful oasis with stunning city views. Breakfast was another unforgettable experience: everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. This hotel combines luxury with warmth in a way that’s rare to find. It made my trip to Santiago even more special, and I can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

Boasting a fantastic location 1 block from Pedro de Valdivia Subway Station, Solace Hotel Santiago offers accommodation in the Providencia district of Santiago. Free Wi-Fi access is available. This hotel was the solace we needed. To be honest we've had a string of bad luck since arriving into Santiago. It was only at this hotel that we felt really looked after. The staff and facilities are exceptional. Breakfast buffet is very good, gym and pool was great and top level bar/restaurant was amazing. We wished we had stayed longer.

Everything was great. The location was perfect in the heart of trendy Lastarria with all its bars and restaurants.
