Hotel Pullman Santiago El Bosque has a gym and a pool with views of the city on the 18th floor, modern rooms and free parking. This my fifth time at the hotel, although it has gone through a name/owner change. The great staff is one aspect, and the location. Great parking for my rented car included.

Located just outside of Santiago and inside of Santa Rita vineyard, one of the oldest wine cellars of Chile, this historical monument was fully renovated in 2017 becoming Hotel Casa Real, a luxury... Beautiful historic house. Staff is exceptionally well trained and proactive. Food is also very delicious both at dinner and breakfast.

Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.

The staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Jonathan on reception was brilliant and so friendly , really going above and beyond to help us. Christian on the door/concierge was a great welcome after a long flight and always helpful with advice on where to go out. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat
