Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sanya Bay is located in Sanya, about 15 minutes' drive from Sanya Phoenix airport. It offers business venue, a swimming pool, kids' club, fitness centre and a self-service laundry service. Free WiFi is covered in all areas and guests can enjoy free parking. I liked breakfast, the view, help and involvement of the staff, clean room, self laundry. I liked the beach, there are no crowds of tourists and I liked the walking health path, very pleasant to walk at any time of the day

The pool is equipped with fun slides and a foam party in the evening which the kids love. There are a number of dinner options just directly opposite the hotel which is just a minute walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. Happy helped us throughout our stay guiding us with all the questions we had and making our stay a very pleasant one. Thanks Happy!! We will choose Sangem moon again if I come back again. It's really an exceptional hotel!!
