O café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel nos economizou enorme tempo e permitiu chegarmos cedo nos lugares em que planejamos ir. Foi diverso, generoso e super saudável. A equipe nos ajudou a realizar as reservas que precisávamos fazer uma vez que não tínhamos we-chat, foram imprescindíveis e super atenciosos e disponíveis. Nós certamente ficaremos no hotel se retornarmos a Zhangjiajie. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We had our lunch at the hotel and the meals were very sumptuous. The hotel staff right from the reception through to the dinning went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a change of itinerary which the hotel helped us to actualize. Everything about this hotel will always bring us memories of boundless happiness. If my family and I are to travel to Changsha again, this shall be our hotel of choice

My stay at Guan Yun Shan Ju was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Tucked away in the serene mountains, this lodge truly lives up to its name "Cloud-Gazing." Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

The team here runs a tight ship – everything is spotless and handled with quiet efficiency. The breakfast set us up perfectly for the day. We shall certainly return.

I was on business trip and had one weekend off that I used to visit Zhangjiajie. I was traveling alone and not speaking any Chinese. The stay was amazing, thanks to the hotel personnel. It was the best. Being picked up at the airport, the transports to the house, breakfast a back. Especially using google translate conversation app, makes it very easy and good to communicate. The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!
