We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. This was our first trip to Shanghai and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It is perfectly located, but more than that, the hotel itself is stunning and we had a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful surprise from hospitality staff. After a great night sleep, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!!!. it's fantastic with so many options. This hotel staff could not be better. A few people stood out. We wanted to say thank you to Mr Ivan and Mr Jeffery. They helped us all week, and it was a joy to speak with each morning. A very special thank you to Mr Andy! What a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Ask for him if you need anything, he treated us like family. We will be back

The location is convenient and close to many tourist attractions and good food. The service is top-notch, and they know how to customize their service to suit your needs. We are grateful especially to Mr. Hao 浩 and all the staffers who help us navigate around Shanghai and any requests we had. The facilities and amenities are also beyond our expectations, for the price that we pay, and the butler WeChat service is something new for us yet totally helped our stay. Even if language barrier is a problem for us, but they would make sure to translate it as best as they could.

It is rare to experience such a seamless combination of luxury, care, and warmth. J Hotel Shanghai exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to return.
