Sonesta overbooked so I had no room. It was no problem though they arranged me a super new hotel at a good rate in a great area. The staff member was super professional and I was happy to move. The staff were great, Valentina, Carrolina and Chstran. Valentina was exceptional. The next morning we came down for breakfast, she remembered our names and the coffees that we liked.
