The wait staff in the restaurants were 5 stars. Friendly and the service was great. Very kind. Coordination of boat travel to and from was very good.

Everything!!! Our stay at the hotel was worth every minute, from the boat ride from the dock to our return. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, the food is very typical and delicious. If you are looking for a place to really disconnect, relax in front of the beach and enjoy the advantages of being on an island, Islas del Encanto is the place. Amazing location. Bora Bora is a beachclub to relax. During the dat there are dayguests and a dj is playing. The rooms are located in the VIP area but also gives you access to to the pool and rooftop. After the day guests have left the beachclub changes in the most relaxing environment. The staff was incredible.

We had a great stay on the island, everything was perfect. Our room was really nice and clean. When we were there, the beach and pools were not overcrowded at all. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Two of us were vegetarians and the chef created us new delicious options everyday. The Spa services were high quality, good value for money, with a cute, tropical vibe. Overall we had an amazing experience.

excellent customer service by property owner! The pizzeria was great and dinner with other guests felt very homey and communal. Would highly recommend to couples and solo travelers who are used to facilities with only basic necessities but value for the price. I stayed in the double with a balcony and it was the most beautiful sunset view, luxury resort vibe!

This place is a gem off the beaten path. Staff is great, location is one of a kind. You really need to come to experience this place yourself, but just dont expect 5 star ammenities, your in paradise, but also in the middle of nowhere, come with an open mind and enjoy yourself!

you come here not for luxury lodging, totally not. you come for the unique experience of living in the garden of Eden with its facilities far from five stars. yet I came here second time over last four years and I am keen to come over again and again.
