The grounds of the property are absolutely lovely. There is a nice pool area to relax. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. I had a massage at the hotel which was amazing.

It is a very interesting hotel made of many houses and courtyards that feel like a peaceful jungle inside an old and picturesque district of Cali. The hotel staff is amazing and the restaurant is of high class that can satisfy even the most exquisite tastes. The check-in process was extremely smooth and pleasant with welcome drink being delivered to us from the bar, while our data was being filled in. We got a free room upgrade from regular sweet to amazing sweet.
