The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. Just 2.5 km from the Arenal Volcano, the Baldi Hot Springs Hotel & Spa offers 25 thermal pools, waterslides, landscaped gardens, air-conditioned suites, and parking. The pools are amazing!! There are so many, it isn't ever crowded. Breakfast was delicious and the service was first rate.

The property is beautiful. The pools are clean and well maintained, busy during peak hours (midday to 7pmish) but not busy during the morning or later at night. The hotel is beautiful, rooms comfortable, jacuzzi a nice touch, breakfast was great! We enjoyed eating by the pool and room service was also very good. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Make sure you stay at the hotel for at least one entire day (no excursions) to really take advantage of the facilities. We saw quite a bit of wildlife including tucans, lizards, coati and more.

The property and grounds are beautiful, and the pool is huge! It was such a nice, relaxing place to stay and the food in the restaurant was very good. It was very good value for the price paid.
